Christine Liu, DDS

Welcome to our practice! Dr. Liu loves getting to know her local community members, one patient at a time. Open communication is key to her job and she can’t wait to meet you to discuss the best options available for your unique dental way of life. 

She is a life-long resident of California and she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009 from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry located in San Francisco. After graduating from UOP’s accelerated dental program, she completed the General Practice Residency at Fresno Veterans Affairs Hospital and Fresno Community Medical Centers. Dr. Liu is well-versed in resolving complex full-mouth rehabilitation situations due to her medical/dental background. She is diligent in her pursuit to stay current in providing the profession’s leading dental care procedures while utilizing state-of-the-art technology, supplies, and equipment.

Dr. Liu is happy to provide quality dentistry for her patients, caring for adults and children in her practice. She is widely recognized across the Bay Area for her thorough and gentle care of patients of all ages. In her spare time, she loves to travel and to spend time with her husband and mini Schnauzer. 

Dan Truong, DDS

Dr. Dan Truong is a Bay Area native who first completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UC Davis. He later went on for dental training and obtained his Degree in Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC).

Here at Brilliance Dental Care, Dr. Truong’s goal is to fully involve patients in their dental well-being and use evidence-based dentistry for prevention and management of oral diseases. He has a passion for guiding patients toward long-term optimal oral health and achieving beautiful smiles, all while valuing patient trust, comfort, and satisfaction.

Outside the office, Dr. Truong enjoys long-distance running, exploring the great outdoors, creating art, watching psychological thrillers, and dancing to electronic dance music.

Keith Lalu, RDH

Keith is locally born and raised in the Bay Area. After acquiring his B.S in Chemistry at the University of San Francisco, he completed the acclaimed Carrington Sacramento Dental Hygiene Program.

His family-oriented nature brings a positive attitude to Brilliance Dental Care as he constantly delivers excellent oral healthcare to all his patients. His main goal is to provide patients with the confidence to show off their brilliant smiles.

Keith is also a sports enthusiast, especially with his favorite Bay Area teams including the 49ers, Warriors, and Giants. In his free time, he likes to watch movies, attend concerts, and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
